Termination of employment
In the event of the termination of employment relationships, we conduct negotiations on termination agreements with the aim of finding legally sound arrangements on critical issues such as redundancy payment, leave compensation, changes to non-competition clauses and other contentious issues.
If an ordinary or extraordinary notice of termination has been given in an employment relationship, we represent our clients in the unfair dismissal proceedings before the employment courts.
